In this tutorial you'll learn:

Before you start:

This simulates the entire step graph and shows a step-by-step trace of what would happen — without sending anything real to a customer.

Activation is blocked if the flow has real problems: disconnected steps, missing message text, missing button labels, or a missing webhook URL.

Once it passes, toggle the flow to Active. It will now run automatically whenever its trigger fires.

Start a new chatbot flow and choose what triggers it to run.

Use the visual, drag-and-drop canvas to design a multi-step chatbot conversation.

Send quick-reply buttons or a list, and capture free-text answers from your customer.

Branch a chatbot flow based on what the customer said, their tags, or business hours.
