Payment Links

• Create payment links with custom amounts directly from the Conversations composer
• Customers receive a Razorpay payment link as a WhatsApp message
• Track payment status: created, paid, cancelled, expired, or failed
• Money settles directly into your connected Razorpay account (not held by Vaaniq)
• Automation triggers can fire on successful payment events
• Payment history page with all transactions and statuses

1. 1Open any conversation and click the payment link icon (Rupee symbol)
2. 2Enter the amount (minimum ₹1)
3. 3Optionally add a description of what the payment is for
4. 4Click Send — the customer receives a clickable Razorpay link in the chat
5. 5Monitor payment status from the conversation thread or Payment History page

Wallet & Credits

• Recharge via Razorpay — supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets
• Minimum recharge amount: ₹100
• Two-phase billing: credits are reserved before sending, confirmed on delivery, rolled back on failure
• Full transaction history: every top-up and spend is recorded with timestamp
• Sending is blocked when balance reaches zero — no surprise overages
• Current balance displayed in the sidebar and Dashboard

1. 1Click Wallet in the sidebar or the balance indicator on Dashboard
2. 2Click Recharge
3. 3Enter an amount (₹100 minimum)
4. 4Choose payment method: UPI, card, net banking, or wallet
5. 5Complete payment on the Razorpay page
6. 6Credits are added to your balance instantly upon successful payment
