Data Deletion Instructions

Under GDPR, CCPA, and Meta's Platform Policies, you have the right to request deletion of personal data that Vaaniq holds about you. This includes your account information, WhatsApp conversation data, contact lists, and campaign history.

If you have a Vaaniq account, the fastest way to delete your data is directly from within the platform:

1. Log in to Vaaniq at tierceindia.com
2. Go to Settings → Account Settings
3. Scroll to the Delete Account section
4. Type DELETE in the confirmation field
5. Click Send verification code — a 6-digit code will be sent to your email
6. Enter the code and click Permanently delete

Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to:

Include your registered email address and the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email.

Upon account deletion, Vaaniq permanently removes:

• Your account profile (name, email, hashed password)
• Your organisation and all associated WhatsApp Business Account connections
• All conversation messages and contact phone numbers
• All broadcast campaigns and message templates
• All chatbot flow configurations
• All API keys and webhook configurations

Anonymised, non-identifiable usage aggregates may be retained for statistical purposes.

If you connected Vaaniq via Meta Embedded Signup and wish to revoke that connection, you can also remove Vaaniq from your Facebook app permissions:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find Vaaniq and click Remove

This revokes our access token. To also delete your Vaaniq account data, follow Option 1 or Option 2 above.
