Data Deletion Instructions

Under GDPR, CCPA, and Meta's Platform Policies, you have the right to request deletion of personal data that Vaaniq holds about you. This includes your account information, WhatsApp conversation data, contact lists, and campaign history.

If you have a Vaaniq account, the fastest way to delete your data is directly from within the platform:

1. Log in to Vaaniq at tierceindia.com
2. Go to Settings → Account Deletion (workspace admins only)
3. Type DELETE in the confirmation field
4. Click Send verification code — a 6-digit code will be sent to your email
5. Enter the code to confirm

Your account — and, if you administer it, your organization's data — is scheduled for permanent removal within 30 days. If your organization has other admins, they must each approve the deletion before it proceeds. You (or any admin) can restore it at any time before then simply by logging in.

Include your registered email address and the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email.

Upon account/organization deletion, Vaaniq permanently removes:

• Your account profile (name, email, hashed password)
• Your organisation and all associated WhatsApp Business Account connections
• All conversation messages and contact phone numbers
• All broadcast campaigns and message templates
• All chatbot flow configurations and knowledge bases
• All API keys and webhook configurations

Anonymised, non-identifiable usage aggregates may be retained for statistical purposes, and financial/tax records (e.g. GST invoices) are retained as required by law.

If you connected Vaaniq via Meta Embedded Signup and submit a data deletion request through Facebook, we automatically revoke and delete our stored access token and disconnect the link to your Facebook identity for every WhatsApp Business Account you connected — without touching your organization's WhatsApp business data (contacts, messages, templates), since that belongs to the business, not to you individually. You can trigger this yourself at any time:

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find Vaaniq and click Remove

An admin can simply reconnect the WhatsApp Business Account afterwards to restore it. To also delete your Vaaniq account data, follow Option 1 or Option 2 above.
